Shipping policy

At Beyond MX, we specialize in high-performance motocross parts and accessories, delivering top-tier gear to riders worldwide. We partner exclusively with DHL & Parcel Force for all shipments to ensure reliable, trackable, and efficient delivery. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order, as shipping times and costs are estimates and may vary based on factors like customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carrier and Methods:

  • Exclusive Carrier: All orders are shipped via DHL Express, DHL Standard, Parcel Force 24h or Parcel Force 48h. We also use standard Royal mail services which is least expensive but has no tracking or insurance. These options are depending on your location and selected options at checkout. We do not offer alternative carriers.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 3pm GMT (Monday-Friday) are typically processed and sent the same day. Orders after 3pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Custom or backordered items may add 1-5 extra business days.

Delivery Times:

  • UK Deliveries: Standard tracked and insured delivery within 2 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). Express options are available at checkout for next-day service where applicable. This is available as guaranteed next day or within two working days.
  • We also have standard Royal Mail delivery with no tracking or insurance
  • European Deliveries: Delivery within 3-10 working days (excluding weekends and local holidays), depending on the destination country. Remote or rural areas may extend this timeline.
  • International Deliveries (Outside Europe): For rest-of-world shipments, expect 5-15 working days. Contact us for specific estimates, as these can vary significantly.
  • Note on Estimates: These are business days only. Delivery times start from the date of shipment, not order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by our carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).

Shipping Costs:

  • Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.
  • UK: Standard Royal Mail with no tracking or insurance is £7.99
  • UK: Starting from £10.99 for standard tracked and insured parcels
  • Europe: Starting from £25.99
  • International: Quoted at checkout; duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility and not included in our rates.
  • We reserve the right to adjust rates for oversized, heavy, or hazardous items (e.g., exhaust systems, fuels).

Tracking and Confirmation:

  • Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your DHL or Parcel Force tracking number. Monitor your package via the DHL and Parcel Force websites or apps.
  • Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders to prevent loss or theft.

Important Restrictions and Notes:

  • Hazardous Materials: Certain motocross parts (e.g., batteries, aerosols, chemicals) are classified as dangerous goods and may incur extra fees, restrictions, or longer shipping times per DHL and IATA regulations. Some items cannot ship to certain countries—check product pages for details.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not liable for misdelivered packages due to customer errors. Address changes post-shipment may incur fees.
  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees imposed by your country. Beyond MX does not collect these at checkout—non-payment may result in package return or abandonment.
  • Non-Deliverable Areas: We ship to most locations but reserve the right to cancel orders to high-risk or restricted zones (e.g., PO boxes for large items, embargoed countries).
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with tracking details. We'll file a claim with DHL or Parcel Force (providing Tracked delivery was chosen) and may offer a reship or store credit (at our discretion). Proof of damage (photos) is required—no cash refunds. If standard Royal Mail delivery is chosen we cannot track or file a claim if a shipment is lost in transit. Beyond MX hold no responsibility for shipping after your product has left our warehouse.
  • Backorders and Split Shipments: If part of your order is out of stock, we may ship available items first and the rest later at no extra shipping cost to you.
